Learning Resources Hot Dots Multiplication Card Set

Great idea, my 8 years old boy used to get so frustrated when practising with me math, spelling, etc. Now he gets frustrated with his Hot Dots pen and I am a very good mom for kindly explaining why the pen might be right. He loves the Hot Dot idea for 3 reasons:1-he loves multiple choise answers2-he doesn't have to write the answers3-he can use the Hot Dot Pen to tease his brother by touching him with the pen and laughing at the funny comments(that's not right, try again, etc)

I could not believe my eyes when my 8 year old daughter was playing with math with big enthusiasm. She was testing us, friends and doing it several times herself. Amount of fun with it will depend upon a type of kid you have.

Excellent resource and engages learners as is fun. The cards are a decent size and they pack well into the box.

I already have the Hot Dots pen and comprehension cards, which are successful in engaging my young learners, these multiplication cards have proved equally successful in encouraging the children I teach to learn their tables. The response was quick and the articles were well packaged.

they are good to handle and use, but in conjuction with the dot pen, which i found to be totally unreliable, generally the whole package is a disappointment. The cards on their own as flash cards are still useful.

A los niños les encanta. Viene sin bolígrafo! El bolígrafo es muy caro. Recomiendo comprar un juego que funcione del mismo modo y utilizar ese mismo boli para este. Da igual la marca que sea.

Hot Dots are a fantastic resource for teachers. I use them in the classroom during my workshop time. Students use them independently at one of their stations, and I know it will keep them busy and learning at the same time. I have so many of them for reading and math, and my students love them. I teach special education, so they are great to use to reinforce skills that they missed along the way. The pens are great, because you can put them on silent mode and just use the red or green light to show if they are correct. That way you're not disrupting the rest of your stations in the room. If you need something for independent work, I highly suggest getting these!
