Great bit of training equipment.
A great bit of equipment for lower back and adominals, my core muscles have never been so strong. Well worth getting .

Needs a retighten every few weeks as uprights work loose on main strut connection but still a good purchase.

Highly Recommended Excellent Quality.
Excellent quality, well made and so easy to assemble every thing fitted together without a problem. A child d of 5 could follow the instructions in the excellent booklet. Highly recommended. One small criticism the allen key provided was to small (wrong size) fortunately I had one the correct size. Doesn't take up to much room either, in my office at home behind my swivel chair.

The product came and required beyond normal fixing due to poor manufacture.
I purchased this for my partner who is recovering from a herniated disc. When we went to put it together the holes between the handles, the up right post and seat did not align. They overlapped reducing the size of the total area. The holes to take the short screws were also not threaded.I could not lift it as one to return it so we had to buy a metal drill, a thread drill and a several long bolts that went through from one side to the other. In total we spent about £35 to correct this.Now it is up it enables the exercises to be done as they should, but over a day in time elapsed, over several days having to sort problems that were the result of poor manufacturing. It's a shame there is not a way with Amazon to claim the money we have spent back.

A valuble asset to the home gym
Its just a great device for hamstring and lower back strength. Much safer than straight leg dead lifts. Good for stretching also. Could be more comfortable but its no industrial standard. Does the job well though
