Came with original fitted cutter wire broken. So had to use one of the two spares. Wires seem to be a bit fragile but works OK. Can you supply more wires please?

When this arrived the cheese wire already attached had snapped. I put one of the spares on which has stretched already, leaving one spare. Very fiddly to put on. Bought as a gift for my mum but she won't manage to change wires. Can't buy spare ones in UK, have to order from US. Not very pleased with purchase but can't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back

looks fantastic, very heavy an sturdy, keeps cheese cool very easy to use. Far better than the wooden version well worth the money
