This was easy to install with bungee cords - it's effective and sturdy and my 70 # dog is discouraged from trying to break through it, which he has tried with others.

I think this would work great as long as your car is compatible. You need very traditional headrests in the 2nd row of your vehicle or this won’t work. Otherwise, great concept, easy to install, good instructions, well built.

Liked the secure fasteners although tgff ed hooks took a bit to secure. The bungee cords help keep it secure at the right height and width.

I bought this dog barrier to keep my two rambunctious dogs and my cat separated during our move from one part of the country to the other (14 hour drive).I cannot say if it was sturdy enough to keep the animals apart… But it was a good deterrent. Nobody attempted to crawl over the seats with this barrier in place. Honestly, that’s good enough for me. That and the fact that it was very easy to install. I left it in place even though our trip is long over. I think that it’ll help to keep my dogs contained on future car rides.Decent price and easy to install.

This was just as easy to install as the description suggests, and it looks like it should be pretty sturdy and rattle-free. Very happy with it so far. Installed in a Subaru Ascent.

It is really easy to install, took me only 10min tops, to install it. Really simple, and I thought it was quite sturdy and well made for a lightweight temporary barrierI even pulled it out and put it in my sisters sedan, as she wanted to see if it fitted.So far my girls haven't tried to escape, but are still trying to give me directions to the beach!The only down side is it is difficult to move seats once installed, but that is not a biggie
