Hyland's Calms Forte, Support for sleeplessness & restlessness, 100ct

I went on a cruise recently that did not allow any CBD or THC products which I like to use for sleeping. I ordered this and it did help me fall asleep quickly.

These work well for helping me to sleep at night. I take 2-3 at bedtime or 1 if I just need something to help calm me down.

What a great non addictive product to promote relaxation and sleep. I use it during the daytime as well if I am on a long car trip to steady my nerves. (I'm not driving, my husband is) It's the other people's driving that make me nervous!

If there was 0 stars that would have been the rating for this one. They should have called this product “caffeine forte,” as that was exactly how I felt when I took this pill. Instead of calming my nerves and help me to sleep it made my heartbeat raised the whole night, as if I raced a marathon and drank a barrel of coffee. It made me not sleep all night. I thought I must have just developed a severe insomnia and was not blaming this product yet, but then I gave it another try and it still gave me the same result; worst yet, I gave it to my 11 year old son and he also did not sleep. He complained that no matter how much he closed his eyes he just couldn’t sleep. This is probably the worst calming or sleeping aid I ever used. So, buyers beware!
