المنتج يعمل بشكل جيد ولاكن لم يتم إرسال المنتج كما هو معلن في الموقع حيث يوجد نقص بجنزير وقفاز ونظارة وعلبة الزيت الفارغه

Bad quality, unlike pictures.
Very cheap quality, doesn't look at all like the one in discription.Came with only one chain, two batteries and one small screw driver.Batteries are of very cheap quality and no recharging option.Once assembled, it cannot be stored back in the box which means always disassemble after use.

I acknowledge receiving this mini chainsaw today. Unfortunately, the Kit is NOT complete as specified. No mini chain saw, no extra chain, no empty oil bottle,no gloves and safety glasses.I just unpack the delivery to find out the above missing items.Can NOT advise the quality of the mini saw as yet.Highly disappointed.Rgds, Mazin Al Hasani

I tried it upon received, seems to be good quality so far, very light, just kind of paper with luck of information, no user manual, nothing about replacing the chain, this is why i voted only 4*

Don’t bother
Nothing like the advertised, i bought this instead of the cheaper versions due to the higher quality expected. I received same as the cheaper low quality that are advertised on amazon

doesn't cut Branch of trees at all
Totally useless, doesn't cut even small size of Branch of tree.

The worst product ever, half of the container parts are missing i had to return it.
