I have been using this for 1 year and purchased another one. It is a great machine, really powerful moping and vacuuming. 4 liters tank are great, they last for a long time.

We have had this for over a year - in which it has only worked reliably for about 3 months. It’s stupendously frustrating. It frequently, as in more often that not, fails to dock properly and spends literally hours going in and out of the dock and refusing to charge. It constantly complains that the cleaning sink is full - regardless of whether or not that is true. It often fails to apply any liquid to the floor - even if the clean water tank is full. I really regret this expensive purchase

Vacuuming and mopping is awesome. When it works. - Notifications that sink is full. Need to run a cloth through it; do not know why this happens so many times. Requires a pause, after which it often starts all over again - when something interrupts the task, you might fix that, but starts all over again. Again. - Goes into pause mode while being cleaned. - My ground floor seems just too big; when mopping it reaches 80% of the floor and goes into recharge mode. Understandable. But it will wait to be recharged a 100% for the last few square meters. So when it started at 3 pm, you might wake up at midnight from the noise. This means that my family is not comfortable using it, and that I have to keep an eye on it all the time. So very good in cleaning, but not reliable enough.

I have used the N8+ before and it works very well, so I trust the quality of ECOVACS! Not long ago, I discovered the ecovacs‘s new addition - the X1 OMNI! It looks so cool! I decided to buy it to work with my N8+, it sounds perfect doesn't it? Now that I received and used the X1, it's really powerful! Cruise function! 3D modeling! I love its spin mop, it really does a deep clean! It's totally worth its price! Trust me, you will want to experience it!

Près des mois de première utilisation de ce robot Omni X1, je suis extrêmement content de son utilité et de ses performances. Acheté avec une promo de 10%, le prix etait plus que correct, bien que plus cher que des robots moins complets en terme de fonctions. Fonctionnellement c'est le seul robot qui combine: aspiration, lavage de sol, auto nettoyage des lavettes (y compris en cours de nettoyage d'une piece : il ne fait donc pas que d'etaler la crasse sur le sol), auto vidage du bac a poussiere dans la station de base, auto remplissage du bac a eau de l'aspirateur, et le pus important de tout pour les robots qui ont des lavettes mouillées : auto séchage des lavettes apres le nettoyage! Aucun robot, meme pas le Roborock S7 max , qui est le seul de la concurrence qui tente de s'en approcher, ne dispose de l'ensemble de ces fonctions et encore moins pour un prix relativement raisonnable. Les points negatifs sont malgré tout existant: -il n'est pas capable de laver sur les 5 a 10 cm le long des bords d'un mur -les lavettes fournies avec le robot sont nulles et a jeter immediatement. Elle ne mouillent quasiment pas le sol. Il faut les remplacer par des lavettes compatibles en microfibres (blanches) qui elles fonctionnent tres bien (surcout d'une trentaine d'euros a prevoir en plus del'achat du robot) -Les parametres de l'app permettant de regler la force d'asporation ou la quantité d'eau des lavettes sont inutiles : il faut tout laisser au maximum pour avoir quelque chose d'efficace Malgré ces quelques defauts (eperons qu'ils soient corriges dans une V2 ou dans u upgrade du firmware), je recommande ce robot.

Excellent vac. Does everything very well. Easy to stay on top of the cleaning.
