Sturdy and lightweight
I bought this ladder to use when away with my caravan, for setting up and cleaning bits. It is a good ladder, very sturdy, and once folded down stores in my side locker, taking little space up. The locks are easy to use, and hold the rungs very well. Would definitely recommend

Excellent
3.8m retractable ladder , not sure why i didnt get one of these before , so handy to have , nice and compact when compressed down and perfect size for my bungalow when extended . Felt safe using them fully extended up to gutters tonight to clean them out and it was actually windy but felt secure. Not heavy , easy to carry and they actually take up such a small footprint in garage . Really happy with purchase , only gripe is instructions that came with em , very poor didnt even make sense but a bit of common sense and youll figure it out .

Well packaged and I was surprised by the weight of the ladder it was heavier than I expected. Using the ladder is easy, each section extended easily and locked in place with a reassuring click.The ladder has some flex in it but no more than expected, once up it feels sturdy when climbing up or down, the wide placement of the bottom section reduces any movement to the side.The ladder is also easy to take down and the strap makes it easier to move with a nice hand hold under the bottom rung, so no sharp edges when carrying it.I'm very pleased with the ladder and impressed with the speed of delivery

Fantastic
I have given these steps five stars as they are strong and suited for purpose - as a loft ladder in our bungalow. I have only one criticism - the steps are very narrow and we are in our 70's. Therefore care has to be taken when ascending and descending. But the fact that they reduce down to a small unit for storage is great for us. Just make the steps wider in future!

Simple ladder, bought it to get to the roof bars on my H2 van, works well.
