Seamless Flexibility and Sturdy Support for Your Computer Monitors
The VIVO Universal Full Motion Pneumatic Pole Mount Arm has been a stellar addition to my podcast studio workspace. Its design offers a fantastic range of motion and support for my 24-inch monitor, providing both flexibility and stability. The installation process was straightforward, and the build quality is impressive. The pole mount feels robust and reliable, ensuring that my monitor stays securely in place without any wobbling or sagging. Adjusting the height and angle of the screen is a breeze thanks to the pneumatic arm, which smoothly glides into position and holds firmly once set. The ability to swivel, tilt, and rotate the monitor makes it effortless to find the perfect viewing angle. However, one minor drawback I encountered was the setup for larger monitors at the extreme ends of the size range. While it's marketed for 17 to 32-inch screens, the effectiveness may vary slightly for the larger monitors due to dimension and weight, and the adjustments might feel slightly limited in comparison. Overall, this pole mount arm from VIVO delivers exceptional value for its price point. It provides excellent flexibility, sturdy support, and enhances ergonomic comfort for extended periods of screen use. Pros: Solid build quality and durability Smooth and versatile motion adjustments Enhances ergonomic positioning Cons: Slight limitations in adjustability for larger monitors In conclusion, if you're in search of a reliable and adaptable monitor arm that offers a wide range of motion and sturdy support for your screen, the VIVO Universal Full Motion Pneumatic Pole Mount Arm is a fantastic choice. It's a worthwhile investment that greatly enhances workspace ergonomics and functionality.

VIVO Universal Full Motion Pneumatic Pole Mount Arm - A Solid Monitor Mount for Improved Ergonomics
So, I recently got my hands on the VIVO Universal for my workspace, and I have to say, it's been a pretty decent addition. Design and Build Quality: The VIVO has a clean design that fits in well with my setup. It feels sturdy enough to hold my monitors securely, but the cable management system is pretty non-existent. Installation: Putting this mount together wasn't too much trouble. The package came with clear instructions and all the necessary hardware, making the setup process relatively painless, even for a dummy like me. Flexibility and Adjustability: One of the standout features is its flexibility. The articulating arms allow me to adjust the monitors to a comfortable viewing position, which has been a relief for my neck and eyes during long work hours. Sturdiness and Stability: I was worried about stability stacking it on top of already mounted dual monitors, but fortunately, the VIVO holds up well. It keeps my screens steady, even when I'm moving them around. Compatibility: This mount is versatile and can handle different monitor sizes. The VESA mounting system makes it compatible with various screens, which is a plus if I decide to upgrade in the future. Price and Value: Doesn't break the bank. Considering the comfort, it brings and the improved desk space, I feel like it's a reasonable investment. Final Verdict: All in all, the VIVO is a solid choice for those looking to improve their workspace ergonomics. While I'm not jumping up and down with excitement, it has served its purpose well and made my computer setup more comfortable and organized. If you're in the market for a reliable monitor mount without any frills, this could be the one for you. I'd give it a solid 4/5.

Awsome Customer Service!
I bought two of these and have had one up for a couple of weeks no problem. I go to put the second one up and mount the monitor and the whole arm separate from the clamp assembly. I could see it pulled out 3 M6 bolts that were already assembled. I look at the clearance and the bolts are obviously too short. It looked like they only had one or two threads that made contacts. Me, be the reasonable guy that I am just assume a few wrong bolts got in the wrong bin. So I follow the link call the support number, and talked to Samantha after one voice prompt and told her my story. She took my order number and was looking at the manual as I described the problem. I offer to send pictures and she liked that idea because she wanted to make sure that didn't have a problem with their QA. I send emails with photos and show that the threaded section of the bolt is 12mm and that is clearly too short. Twenty minutes later she confirmed that they should have been 14 mm and confirmed the address to set a new set of bolts. Now I don't really like when companies make assembly mistakes but I understand an honest mistake in the process. And when they own up right away and get on top of it, and fix it I know I have a winner. I will now look to Vivo first for this type of product. Good Work Samantha!

Probably meant for real monitors and not tablets.
This is like many other monitor arms. The difference here is you can attach it to many round poles. I had it attached to a floor stand pole to move my Samsung S9 Ultra 14.6" tablet. It tipped too easily, but no fault on the arm. It has a tension screw that can be loosened, but not enough for a tablet to easily weigh the arm to move down. You really have to pull by the vesa plate (top) to move it down, but up is very easy. It does have plastic covers to lead wires along it and hide for a cleaner look. My only real complaint is the clamp that attaches to the pole. It has two bolts and nuts which could take a long time to wrench down if you dont have a drill or ratcheting wrench to tighting it. I'd adjust it little by little on each side so you dont wind up with one side tightened than the other. I wish it had offered a 1/4th thread for other clamps meant for tablets and phones.

Does not hold rated weight
I have to say, I'm a trifle disappointed with this pneumatic arm. Per the specs, it is supposed to handle a monitor up to 17 lbs in weight. The monitor I mounted on it is 12.3 lbs. If the pneumatic arm is at least 5ยฐ or so elevated from the horizontal, it seems to keep the monitor steadily in place. However, once I hit horizontal or anything lower, the monitor immediately slumps down to the desk. I've tightened all of the adjustment screws to no avail; maybe it would work with an even lighter monitor, but it sure doesn't with a 12 pounder. At least I have a cross-bar on my gear mounting-pole system, so I can sling a loop of velcro under the arm to supplement the holding power.

Better than I thought
I wasn't sure if this would be any good. I bought it for my minibus to save drilling holes. It fits perfectly on the poles inside and holds a 32" TV and can move around a lot. The hydraulics aspect is very good and it smoothly comes down and stays or goes up smoothly too. Very pleased with it and keeping it.

Good, not great
I've used the VESA mount bracket from another mounting assembly (one that's an easier slide on after screwing in behind the monitor) because the one on this is more work for assembly/disassembly. Its good overall. Will take some time and patience to read the instructions before assembling properly.
