Unpacking the mattress was easy and quick. The bed opened up nicely and the shape is good. I ordered plush and it’s definitely very plush. Not too soft but more than I expected. It’s nice and thick, good quality material and best of it no odor. So far very pleased.

I looked through probably 100 mattresses on Amazon comparing the reviews, pros, cons, etcI bought this one because of price, overall good reviews, quick shipping and being fiber glass free. We’ve slept on it for about a week and couldn’t be happier. It’s very soft and very supportive at the same time. It also didn’t smell weird when we opened it. I’m a little surprised how nice this mattress is for the price, and I highly recommend. I never really write reviews, but I know selecting a mattress is stressful so for anyone out there confused…I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend if you want an affordable and soft yet supportive bed.

I've ordered so many mattresses in search of a good night's sleep. They have all really sucked. I was very concerned about trying another one.....Upon arrival, I opened this mattress up. Very little smell to it. Not overwhelming like some of the other ones. Didn't even really need to let it air out.Didn't take long for it to expand fully. It was almost instant.It is so comfortable. It is hard to stay awake laying on it.The only two things that I think I can say are negatives:- The edges are slightly under-supported. It would be nice to see these hold up a little better for when you are laying close to the edge so you don't feel like you are going to fall off.- And the return policy. It is my understanding that you can return this item as long as it is in its original packaging. And unless you have a vacuum sealing mattress packaging machine..... Not happening. 😂 Once you cut the plastic, you stand no chance of ever getting this mattress anywhere near close enough to package it back up in the original box.Imagine having a can of soda. When you pop the top, it expands into a semi. Now it is your job to crush it back down into the size of a thimble. 🤣Based on this purchase, I may be ordering another one of these mattress in the future for another bedroom in my home.

I’ve only had it for a few months but very pleasantly surprised how comfortable it is.I generally love softer beds and this meets my needs but my partner who prefers rock hard says this one isn’t uncomfortable for him. Great product for a affordable price.

Bought the Queen 12-inch version of this mattress in late 2022 due to its great value and lack of polyurethane. Supports my 150 lb body well and continues to be comfortable nearly 1.5 years later. Because of its price and comfort, I would definitely buy this mattress again in the future.

This mattress exceeded my expectations! It is made from high quality materials. I will note that the way it was compressed and rolled made it difficult to unpackage. There should be clear instructions on how to release the compression to unroll it easier. Overall it is a great mattress and we are extremely pleased with it and the comfort it provides to my husband who has lower lumbar back issues.

Wish I had a better picture but this is what I have. My husband has it on his new adjustable bed. He's been sick so comfort is EVERYTHING! It is the perfect softness/firmness for him. No backaches. Price was right and easy to put on the bed. I'm 63 and I did it myself! Great buy.

The mattress arrived in excellent condition and I unboxed it the next day. I got the full size and it's kinda heavy, about 50 pounds I think, but it wasn't that hard to get out of the box or get on the bed frame. The little letter opener type tool is a joke. I used my scissors, just be careful not to cut your mattress. There's 2 layers of plastic, one keeps it rolled and the other keeps it sealed. Once on the frame and the plastic removed it started to expand right away but it only got to 8 inches. I let it sit for the recommended 3 days but it never got to 10 as in their description, the reason for the 4 stars. As with any new mattress it may take first few nights to get used to, my back hurt a little at first. The mattress is bouncy so no motion isolation like the ad says, and the edges are a little flimsey, it almost feels like I'm sliding off when I go to get up, but it's comfy and I sleep well. They offer a 100 night trial and I would send it back and get a true memory foam but how the heck would I get it back in the box. If you don't like bouncy, don't get this mattress but it IS soft and comfy.

Was worried that the mattress wasn't going to be very good as the price was so low. Bought a queen size to try out on spare bed and ended up putting it on ours!!! My husband and I love it, I twist and turn half the night and now he doesn't even wake up. I don't roll into a hole in the middle from his weight when he sleeps on his side. This mattress was perfect for us.

I purchased the 12 inch which arrived carefully rolled up in a box with clear instructions upon opening (where to cut and roll) took a good 48-72 hours to take its full shape and although a little too soft for my likings and back, my 13 year old son loves it and finally sleeps comfortably. We've had it about a month now and as you can see from the photos it has still kept its shape which was one of my concerns when deciding which mattress to purchase. That being said, I did search though a bunch of mattress reviews on amazon and this was the one I chose. No regrets!

Purchased this mattress for our guest room. It’s very well made and very comfortable. It’s reasonably priced and I would recommend this product to anyone.

After I sat up to read one evening, it caused a sag, which didn't quite recover. Although it recovered a bit, there is now a longer one that's my entire torso.I even have a padded mattress topper on it, which you'd expect would help.I waited 3 days before sleeping on it (was delivered to my new place before I moved in days later). I'm pondering whether I should return it. (not sure how I'm expected to pack it so tightly if I take them up on their guarantee, I don't have their machineryIf it weren't for that, I'd be able to say it's very comfortable, but if it does this after less than a month, I obviously worry about longevity.12" was definitely the way to go, (my previous one was 10" thick and there's a significant difference) but a different firmness (or brand maybe?) might have been better for me.For reference I'm 6ft1 and weigh an athletic 185lbs.
