After 6 months of usage I have following experience-1. I have used boat, boult, syska and ptron bluetooths, among them ptron is the worst.2. after 4 months one side bud got issue. When I went to claim warranty, the employees there were very disgusting. They asked me to come on Saturday, when I reached there, they said u come on Monday. Secondly, claiming warranty is itself very hectic process as told by them. They said it would take 1 to 2 week to get your new bluetoth.3. Also they asked me to bring all its box and packaging without any tampering. If this was the process then that should be mentioned beforehand in the order itself.there is no one in this world who keeps packaging with so much care for so long.4.also the sound quality and bass is annoying.Overall worst experience in all aspect. Dont ever waste money in buying ptron products
