Very satisfied! An absolute game-changer for any milk drinks.
The frother gets the milk foamy in under 30 seconds! It takes just two minutes (heat, froth, pour) to prepare your fancy lattes, hot chocolates, and, honestly, any drink that makes sense to you—even just plain ol' milk, lol. The frother elevates the drink to a whole new experience! The thick layer of foam on the surface has the texture of a marshmallow, and the rest of the drink has a satisfyingly satiating creaminess! The gadget is about the length of a toothbrush, and operates on two replaceable AA batteries (so need for packing cables). It can get a little messy, but that's easily resolved by not filling your cup more than 2/3s its height. You can submerge the frother near the base of the cup before pressing the start button to minimize the initial splash, too. This frother is all you actually need to get started making latte art or even just to have fun making and drinking foam. What's more, the purchase came with a free masterclass in latte art by a two-time world champion. I'm still practicing, and I couldn't have been more proud of my first try (thanks to the intuitive explanations and the thorough video demonstrations). I'm not a serious latte artist, so of course, I didn't buy any of the extra stuff like a cappuccino cup and milk pitcher. Nonetheless, I'm telling you that you can still enjoy basic latte art. It's a fun 3-second (the time it takes to pour the foam) hobby to start your day with, or, if you're like me, whenever you want a milk drink to pair with any meal or snack. If you do want to become a serious latte artist, the video has progressively more designs for you to practice with, and you could always google or experiment with your own designs. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple tool to elevate their drink experience and/or find a creative hobby.

"Nano" refers to the motor size lol
I would give this product 1/2 stars if I could. Not only did this product stop working completely within 3 months of use (switched out batteries twice), but from the get go, this machine had difficulty frothing ANYTHING. While the motor oscillates fairly fast, it can't handle any kind of torque or resistance. So if you have a thicker milk, this machine won't be able to stir it, let alone FROTH it. After two months of use a few times a week, the NanoFoamer noticeably slowed down. I took this to be the batteries running out of juice, and waited another week until they completely ran out of battery to replace them - I was wrong. The batteries hadn't run out of power, but rather the motor of the foamer ran out of juice. It wouldn't even turn on anymore. Keep in mind, I take great care not to get any water or condensation within the confines of the motor area, but it is supposed to be WATERPROOF. The batteries worked fine in different item. So after 12 weeks of use, and with no ability to return as it had been used, and the 30 day period was over, I am $40 out of luck with nothing to show for it. You're better off getting the cheap $15 ones they mass produce.

Best Frother, HANDS DOWN‼️
By no means is this frother perfect, BUT it is the best one you can get to date (2024). As an avid coffee drinker and meat head, I’ve gone through my fair share of frothers with purposes of whipping up a nice milk for my occasional lattes or mixing my protein powders/pre workouts. Most generic frothers last few weeks even to a few months with most of them kicking the bucket for a plethora of reasons. Subliminal has finally stepped up to the plate to engineer something that’s basically overkill. First thing I noticed was the build quality. Nice sturdy plastics with a nice weight in the hand. Then you notice the rigid frothing shaft that’s at least twice if not triple the girth of your generic flimsy frothers, this tells me this will stand the test of time (more than a few months). Lastly, once you pop some batteries in there, man this thing KICKS! I have never imagined a battery operated frother could whiz this hard! The added filter screen I thought was a gimmick initially actually is kinda genius. It allows for a consistent froth, but even better for me it helps break down clumps in my protein shakes. If you’re in the market for another frother or new to this frother life STOP LOOKING AROUND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE YOU WILL EVER NEED!

Misleading battery requirements - consider the Lithium version instead
The NanoFoamer V2 works well when it has enough power, but the battery situation is frustrating and poorly communicated. Battery Performance Issues: The promotional materials don't adequately explain the power requirements. Regular alkaline batteries don't work well - the impeller noticeably loses strength as voltage drops below 3V during use. I upgraded to Xtar 1.5V lithium AA batteries (4150mWh rated), hoping for better results. While these performed better than alkalines, they still stopped working after only 5-7 uses even though the batteries were still ~80% charged (confirmed by recharge time). This suggests the V2's motor demands more current than these batteries can deliver as their internal resistance increases with use. For comparison, the NanoFoamer Lithium (which uses a built-in 3.7V battery) reportedly delivers 50+ uses per charge with less total battery capacity. The V2's reliance on AA batteries appears to be a fundamental limitation. What does work: When you do have fresh, high-quality batteries installed, the foaming performance is excellent. It creates great microfoam with regular whole milk that's suitable for latte art. My recommendation: Unless you already own high-end rechargeable lithium AA batteries and don't mind frequent battery swaps, skip the V2 and buy the Lithium version. The extra cost is worth avoiding the battery frustration, and you'll get significantly more uses per charge.

The milk froth doesnt have the same mouth feel as froth done by a professional machine's steam wand, but very close. I heat milk on the stove, in a stainless steel jug, and have this frother stirring and frothing as the milk heats up. Produces a very good milk froth
