Slim & Save Diet Shakes- 42 Meal Replacement Diet Shakes for Efficient Weight Loss- 14 Flavours

I am very impressed with this product. Firstly it came three days earlier then expected, well packaged and sachets organised by flavour within. Today is my first day on this diet and I was suprised at how great the flavours taste. I have tried the Cambridge diet a few years back and had good results but fell of the wagon after two weeks as the sachets were bland and unappetising. I had lost 12lbs previously with that diet over two weeks but on only 3 sachets a day, which was a struggle in itself as you have to space them out. But the taste of these are fantastic. You get 14 flavours and 42 shakes. So I have so far tried 4 different flavours in my first day, all great but my favourite has to be banana and I hate banana milkshakes! As this is my first day I can't comment yet on how effective it is for weight loss, but I will update in two weeks. I am a little hungry, not going to lie! But I have spaced out my shakes as best I can and drank loads of water, hot water as I don't like cold water in winter months. And I will percivier. They don't fill you up as it's 240ml roughly of liquid, but I find buying a shaker with the metal springy ball in it, makes the shakes thicker and more fulfilling. They do take the edge of hunger cravings so I am very much looking forward to my next shake right about now! Flavour wise excellent and I would order again....but I'm hoping I will see some difference on the scale first! Update coming soon.

Really good variety so you will know what you like and don't like, so next order you can be specific. They are tasty and filling and a big plus for me is there is no artificial after taste. All flavours mix very well without clumps.

I used this for meal replacements recently. I have lost a lot of weight by cutting out sugar and many carbohydrates. I add a spoonful of bran or grape nuts to the shake to give it crunch - especially nice with the Key Lime Pie... I found the extra fibre has helped my digestive system adjust to conventional food more easily even though total abstinence is recommended for a true VLCD. I drink these either hot or cold, depending what I feel like. I find warm beverages make me feel fuller for longer.

I never write reviews but felt I had to for these. They are delicious..... and they work too. You get used to the hunger pangs after a few days so worth persevering. Each shake and bar (bought seperately) feels like a treat. 5* product. Thank you S&S.

Meal replacement stuff. I buy this when I am on the go and need quick fixes, not for dieting, so hard to say if works. Most of the stuff tastes "acceptable" at best, few are enjoyable.

Whilst at 14o calories they aren't going to fill you up for more than a few hours but they are really good and some of the flavours are amazing.
