I like to drink my whiskey/bourbon/scotch cold, keeping whiskey/bourbon in the freezer until I drink it and scotch in the wine cooler at 46 degrees. In my elegant glass "glasses", my drink heats up fairly quickly as any ice I put in them melts within 45 minutes (regular ice from fridge last about 15, while a solid 2" ball may last 45) in the Florida heat of my back porch.To put this tumbler to the test (I have 2 of them), I put a 2 1/4" ice ball in and poured 5 ounces of rye, as I was having a Churchill and wanted something to last the whole 2 hours. In my photos, it shows the ice at the start, at 2 hours when I had finished my cigar, and the next morning (15 hours from the start). As you can see, there is still a decent amount of ice left. So, this is an excellently insulated tumbler.I like the teakwood look of these (better than the other colors), and at $20 each, the price is decent for how well they work and how good they look. I give them 5 stars.

I enjoy a glass of scotch from time to time and this tumbler is great to bring out camping. No fear of breaking a glass one, better feel than a plastic glass and the insulated construction keeps the ice and liquid very cool. I usually don't have to change or add ice to my second drink. No condensation whatsoever.I liked it so much I bought a second one to use at home.I highly recommend.
