I read some of the other reviews that also warned about the C/D being too small, but I guess I had to see for myself. They were right. These are not big enough for a C/D cup. Maybe a C. But not a D or anything larger. They appear to be well made. They're thick enough to not get that annoying wrinkle, but still went into the little side hole in sports bras very easily. The little extra lift at the bottom is a great idea and I'm betting it works great for smaller sizes. That was one of the features that made me order these and see for myself. I would definitely try them if you're a C or below! The quality is there, and the shape seems right. Just too small for larger sizes.

I had previously bought another brand and thought the sizing would work but they were way too small for my D-cups so I returned them.Then I tried to find ones with the largest measurements I could find and landed on these - they are perfect!! I like that the edges are stitched since the reason I need ones is the ones in my sports bras do not have sewn edges so they are falling apart. Hoping these ones won't do that with the sewn edges. Slight padding but not too much - just enough to hide your nipples :)

I recommend to size up when you’re buying this. I’m normally a B but when I got it, it smaller than the ones I normally use but it’s still fine. Different companies, different sizes. Unlike the ones that would come in with sports bras, this one is sewn in, so the liners don’t separate at all. I’ve had it for about a month or so now and I’m pretty active, I wash a lot of sports bras and I’m impressed that the liners stayed intact. Would Recommend

I like to pack thin, light weight bras when I travel to reduce the amount of space taken up in the suitcase. These inserts make those thin bras as concealing as tee shirt or balconette bras. They wash up easily, dry quickly and don’t shift around when you wear them.

So I was super excited to get these pads thinking they were a decent size to replace in all my sports bras … I’m a 36DD so the measurements seemed decent. For most of my bras these pads worked just fine, not sure about the lift, but covered what they need to! I used two in one sports bra; one pad sits well, the other looks all lumpy and no amount of adjusting will prevent it from looking like I have a ridge! Overall happy with the product, not sure why one was all weird!
