I bought this supplement with a discount voucher. It came the next day after placing order, so I could start taking them as I started my new regime. After a week I noticed that my apetite is less, it is easier to control my portions and cravings. I started visiting bathroom more often what is also good at this stage, so in total I am really satisfied with it!

No results for me ...
I'm a pharmacist , studied nutrition and been an athletic since the age of 8 till now.so i know what does the chitosan do .. been on a calorie deficit , blah blah blah and all the other stuff you know cardio , diet , gym and so but apparently i haven't seen any results ,i even started taking two tabs per day (cause i had chitosan before with a higher does and it was effective and i could till because of the chitosan side effect ) but still nothing. i'm really disappointed in it even-though i was excited at the beginning . and i believe any weight loss would be for the dieting and sport ..
