I have arthritis and a neighbour told me years ago to drink a table-spoon of this every morning, to ease joint pain. I did this and it seemed to work! Some months later, I was embarrassed to take it on a two week holiday with friends, so left it at home but I didn't realise how well it works as only three days into the holiday, the pain returned and I had to find a store and buy some more! Now I only have to refill my regular sized bottle when it runs out!

Absolutely amazing. For feet soak it work wonderfully for my fungal infection I already see results . For cleaning , salads. I am very very happy with it. It is very strong though so be carefully if you want to take in the morning for detox is good to be mixed with water. I mainly use it for my feet soak and it works. Also is always good to order in big quantities like I had. 5l will keep me going for a while.

Use apple sider vinegar for years. Good staff!!

Got this along with wolcraft nylon brushes for removing rock hard grouting from new tiles. Soak kitchen towels in apple cider vinegar & stick towels to tiles. Leave for bout an hour, remove towels then scrub tiles with rotating brush on a drill. Saw this on YouTube for removing stubborn grout. It's hard work but it works a treat & tiles look like they're just out the box.

I bought this for my hens - they love it nearly as much as I love them and they are fighting fit. I've noticed that humans use it for all kinds of other things too, including for indigestion and to restore the ph of the skin when applied diluted topically. I can confirm the latter and am about to test the former. Great stuff!
