Before I started taking this, I was having back to back UTI’s. Nothing prescription or over the counter, seemed to help. I tried Sermaine as a last resort. Guess what, at first I still had a couple of UTI’s and then nothing. No more UTI’s!! I highly recommend this product

I can’t say this a good or a bad product. Used it for 4 consecutive days and didn’t feel totally comfortable with it. Another product worked better, so I think I will stay with that. It’s worth the effort to try a product until you are totally comfortable with it.

This stuff works for me. Menopausal and more prone to infections. Got into a bad rut with them and this seems to have stabilized the infections. I take it daily now.

I like this product. Does what it says. I suffer from a lot of uti’s due to I continence. This product lowered the amount of uti’s . It is very effective. It is a small capsule and easy to swallow. There is no taste.
