is this wall mountable?

I am not sure, as it says to push the point into the ground, looking at it, I wouldn't be able to mount it, but of course some person who has got more imagination than me, might well be able to.

Has anyone actually ever seen ladybirds using this as a 'home'!?

To be honest, I have physically taken many ladybirds to our tower and they just take a quick look around and fly off, without even going inside. I once managed to encourage a little fellow to go into one of the holes but I don't know if he stayed or not. I somehow doubt it. They just don't seem interested which is a bit disappointing really.

Understanding that a pole/spike is included, could you tell me how long the pole/spike is so I know how far up from the ground I can manage it? Tks.

I placed my aphids very close to the habitat. I also placed the habitat close to some of their favorite plants, and close to an infested rose Bush so there was food close by. 😊
