Directions
Take 1 serving (16g - 1 scoop) in 350ml water or fruit juice and drink during your workout. PeptoPro is best stirred with a spoon, or gently swirled round in the shaker until it completely disperses within the liquid. If shaken some mild foaming will occur but will settle within 30 seconds. We recommend taking 1 serving during your workout, and 1 serving immediately post-workout.

Does exactly what it says on the Tin ... hydrolyzed protein always tastes lesser than wheys etc. but this one is actually really enjoyable in both flavors , especially when combined with their flavored Cyclic Dextrin - i prefer Lemon & Lime but both are top notch in my opinion. Lovely stuff
