DTX Fitness Adjustable Bicycle Turbo Trainer - Black - Use Your Bicycle As An Exercise Bike

This is an attention-seeking one-star rating! There are two hub mounts (in layman's terms the small metal cups that hold the bike in position), one slightly smaller than the other. It is set up for bikes with a quick-release skewer (even then you have to replace it with the one provided). If your bike's rear wheel happens to be attached by means of standard hexagonal nuts then one of the hub mounts will not fit!!!! I assume it is why, judging from the reviews, at least one customer returned this product. Unless DTX can send me a larger hub mount or I can somehow cobble together some sort of replacement then I too will have to return what would otherwise appear to be a solid, well-made piece of kit. Come on, DTX, you can do it!

Do not buy from this seller.When it does not work for the intended purpose ( he) expects you to pay postage back ( and) I AM still waiting for my MONEY...Not a nice, honest, company who values honest customers ( In my Opinion).Afterall the whole idea is use your own bike pedal fast change gears then raise your bottom of the saddle as if you would riding up hills ( WRONG : rattles, not safe, impossible to do unless you want the bike to fall)NIGHTMARE COMPANY ( MY OPINION)

if it snows or rains or if you are happy to sit in on the bike in the garage perfect way to build up a sweat.

Got the stand to use my bike at home over the winter, invested in the proper tyre etc. The turbo trainer broke after not even 2months, could not get my bike out of it cos it stacked in and had to saw it out...

Works perfectly. Does exactly what you expect, works as a turbo trainer. Easy to set up and use and just folds away when your done. Easy to attach/remove resistance control makes using your everyday bike a doddle. I am using the trainer 3 or 4 times a week and had no problems so far. Very good value for money.

Received today and set up at a set speed of 12 mph and higher there is a nose and rattle coming from the trainer relay annoying dose not go away unless the speed is low only gets worse the faster it goes rubbish

quality bike trainer pretty noisy but fine with headphones on

Does what it’s supposed to do very good , not to noisy ether.
