Really pleased with bath lift. Struggled for so long, wished I'd got sooner. High quality easy to put together and use.

Very impressed arrived within two days so easy to assemble a two year old could do it (I am late seventies)it has made my life easier getting my husband in and out of the bath also purchased a swivel seat now we need a head rest

Hi, I found the Bath aid /seat to be a bit on the big side for my bath. I can only use it to sit on as the bath slopes at the end of the seat as it lowers down leaving me little room to straighten my legs. I am wondering if I can return this to you ,only used twice in a sitting position ,not so relaxing . Jean Glatley.

Only regret - not buying it earlier It’s the best thing ever

I have problems getting out of the bath following a knee replacement, but still love a good soak. I should have realised that because the 'chair' is not flat against the bath when down, that I would not fully immerse in the bath and a good soak was not possible. This would be quite adequate for someone who just needs or prefers a bathe to a shower though.

Excellent very surprised at the lifting power from such a small unit, would highly recommend
