I was using a different ashwagandha blend and ran out. I chose this to replace the one I was fairly happy with, for this one due to it's many relaxing ingredients. It works better than the first one I tried. The taste is pleasant, not overwhelming and I fall asleep quickly. My sleep is excellent and I don't wake up sluggish.

Definitely take if you want sleep and are able to sleep in. Try to plan on 8 hours atleast. If you have to cut that time you will be a little cranky.

So they do work to relax me for sleep. But I wake up in the middle of night with a headache and can’t go back because of it . They taste good and do work as they say I just can’t handle the headache .

My absolute favorite, no drowsiness in the morning. Great taste and value for your money. I’ve tried other brands, i’ll stick with these. Just order them ahead of time, delivery is often delayed and they take forever to get to you considering it amazon…
