I've used it for 10 days and it has helped me sleep so much better and feel good when I wake up. It might be one of the best things I've ever bought myself.For the past 10 years, I have had trouble falling asleep quickly, usually taking 1-4 hours to fall asleep. I always get scared to try different sleep aids since I have melatonin sensitivity, like a dose that should make me get 8 hours will knock me out for 48 hours. I expected a great value 3-pack of Lavender. This is an assorted scent pack, including fragrances I don’t like. Excellent spray quality. Love the pleasant scent of the lavender. Sprayer is lasting a long time.
