The colour I bought looks great in the pictures but in reality, the colour is kind of washed out. Mine also arrived with no pillow cases which I did not realise until after the 1 month returns window expired. Very poor.Update.After the response from Homescapes to contact them I did so. Their response was basically "Not our problem, contact Amazon... ". Not the customer service I would expect from this company. Very poor.

This is really good bedding at this price. Real egyptian cotton, which feels lovely and soft against my skin. When just washed there is no better feeling than getting into bed with these sheets! I have had the top-priced sheets sold by Ikea previously and I would say these of equivalent quality for a lower price (and let's face it, Ikea is pretty difficult to beat on value, so that's pretty good going!). The only thing I would note is that even though I ordered this on Prime, the supplier makes you cover the cost of returns yourself. I ordered another set in a different colour and decided I didn't like it when it arrived, and it cost me over £7 to return (non-registered post!) because of the weight of the sheets. It's the only time I've had to pay for a return through Amazon myself, and given I'm forking out the subscription charge for Prime annually, I wasn't impressed.

Very pleased with this product. Ordered the king size in red on the Monday afternoon and it arrived by the Thursday. Always suspicious buying Egyptian cotton online but this material is of good quality. Very comfortable, soft, thick material. With a good quality duvet you'll think your in a plush hotel. The only trouble with Egyptian cotton is that it does become quite creased, especailly if tumble dried, so beware.Do be careful if buying bedding online marked 'Egytpian cotton' online. It’s not always the real thing. If in any doubt email the vendor.1) Real Egyptian cotton weighs more than regular cotton, the higher the thread count the higher the weight.2) Check for quality of stitching and seems3) Ask for a photo of the tags and labels4) Read the reviews and contact previous buyers5) The price. Real Egyptian cotton will be considerably more than regular cottonThese aren't fool proof solutions, but it will help you get on the right road.

I ordered this Duvet set 2 days ago and they arrived today. I spent a long time choosing this product and the most important aspect for me was to fit well and quality feel. Some adverts suggest a higher thread count but after my last set I am not convinced by the adverts. The feel and quality of this duvet set is amazing, soft with that fantastic pure cotton feel. The fit is perfect and the set I ordered was a double. The 400 thread count is as advertised and a lot of sets do not come with pillow cases which this set does. Very happy with the product, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I think overall would recommend and will probably buy again to keep spare.

The Homescapes Super king is not the right size of a super king duvet in fact it's 10 cm wider making the super king duvet too lose in side the cover to move about when you sleep, you will need to sew in a straight line one side to use it, that is why I give it only a three star because the size is too big, but the cover is quality and soft next to your skin when you wash it two times. And the material is good but not for the price.

A good price for Egyptian cotton. Very comfortable on the skin to sleep in. The colour ordered was silver but in fact was a silvery sage which I really like. Having washed it the first time I did iron the cover, but now I don't as a lot of the creases drop out when it's hung over the bannister. I bought Oxford pillow slips to go with the house ones that come with it. Also a fitted bottom sheet the next size up as I had read a review to get a larger bottom fitted sheet. Loads to tuck under. I would buy another, but an tempted to buy the flat sheet instead of the fitted one.

Great quality and wash really well. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that the colour is called silver grey and there is not sign of silver at all in the colour. I kept it because I have the white in it and know they are good but was really disappointed that they have called it silver grey and not just grey. I hope if they read this they change the name so that other people are not as disappointed as I am. Other than this they are a great buy

I love this set. I bought one last year and another one this year in two different sizes and same colour. I love the warmth of the yellow-mustard colour and the material is soft, comfortable and very durable, taking into account that three cats jump and lie on it as well as humans! I would definitely buy it again.
