The set came with a block of dish soap, a brush scrubber, and a loofa sponge.As I purchased this in an attempt to minimize the amount of plastic in my life I was disappointed to see the bar of dish soap wrapped in plastic. But eh, it's less plastic than a bottle of dish soap so baby steps I guess.The soap itself is fantastic. It doesn't cut grease as effectively as dawn, but it's not useless either. It's effective and I feel my dishes are clean after using it. And I'm a bit of a germaphobe so that's a compliment.The brush is difficult to use; I don't feel as if it's very effective. Possibly because I'm more used to using cloths? It just seems to spray soap everywhere.I'm using the loofa sponge as a tray for the soap to sit on at the moment, rather than a scrubber, as I still have scrubbing pads I'm working through. Once I've used the scrubbing pads up I'll use the loofa, though I will probably cut it in half for ease of use - it's a pretty good size.Overall, I'm happy with this set. It came attractively packaged. Knowing what I know now, I'd probably just purchase the soap by itself. It's a lovely little set to get started on though, and it makes me happy when I see it by the sink.I purchased the unscented soap, and will probably purchase the scented one next time. The unscented isn't bad by any means, I just feel like a gentle scent would be pleasant.

This really fits with my aesthetic however, I just have to keep the bar soap inside of the sink when I rub the bristles on it or else it will get little soap splatters everywhere but for how zero waste it is it’s worth it and the bar has lasted a long time

This seems to just be a bar of coconut oil soap. It doesn't seem to have the enzymes (yeast derived proteins) that make Dawn good at cleaning dishes. It doesn't foam well in the sink. You have to use a lot of it, and if you don't, it can leave the dishes with a greasy film.

Love the set, the soap lathers up nice, fresh smell not overwhelming at all… works great but the brush bamboo wood is cracking/splitting.

This dish soap is great! Creates a great amount of foam easily, just with a few scrubs of the sponge and does not leave any residue! I have tried a couple of brands before and this one is a winner! Will purchase it again!

This is a game changer for our house! No more plastic bottles from liquid dish soap and this bar does the job just fine! Very foaming cleans all suds away and seems to last a long time! Recommended!

I use this soap to wash my cats. It works alright and doesn't seem to irritate their skin. (It does irritate their moods, but that's because they hate baths.)

The soap is meh. It suds up well which I did like. The bar of soap didn’t last very long but we do dishes everyday. I didn’t think this soap was effective in cutting through any grease/ oils. I found our glass ware such as coffee cups or tall glass drink ware to appear foggy/ dirty. Dishes were rinsed well and with hot water. Would not purchase again.
