Great customer service
Love this matte black faucet. The original spout was too long for my sink so I contacted customer service. They offered a reasonable price to purchase a shorter spout. I’m thrilled with it!

Responsive Customer Service
I purchased this faucet in May. It started leaking about in December. I contacted customer service. They responded immediately. In the process of getting the information they needed (a picture of the stem) the leak stopped. However, the drip resurfaced 3 months later. I contacted them again and the sent me 2 new stems. Very responsive. They have also followed up with calls afterwards to confirm if I was satisfied.

Just keeps leaking from the top over and over
The media could not be loaded. I like the faucet, but it’s leaking from the top. I have replaced the O-rings a few times already and just a couple of months.

Works perfectly
For this for my dad he say it works perfectly. I think this is an amazing product for the price because if you wanna buy a replacement part, it’s almost like half or if not even more expensive than this whole thing for some replacement part of it. so yeah, I definitely recommend it if you guys need it.
