The sound is brilliant but it won’t charge my phone up only by usb I can’t understand it I thought it would charge it through wireless but it doesn’t work it says it will do a lot of phones I have 13 pro max and A55 Samsung won’t charge I don’t understand it

MobiRock is my first mobile dock hifi, when i first heard the sound, i just can't believed that music is from my mobile (Samsung note 3)! This really good over what i expected for! Before i heard many other products from my son, daughter, sister and friend's all dock hifi, but all unsatisfied! Because I want looking for a something special and high quality sound! When i read the product's details with 36 watt speaker and 3D sound! Then i know this is what i looking for! Also beautiful stylish look and fast charger, nice touch power, once set up bluetooth pairing, every time the power on will auto pairing! I am so happy bought this product! Doesn't wireless-charge anything.
The sound is great if you use bluetooth but don't expect it to wireless-charge anything. We have lots of phones: Samsung S10, Samsung S22, Google Pixel 8, etc. This doesn't charge any of them wirelessly. But it does charge a phone via the usb slot at the back.

Faulty charger
Main reason I bought this was the wireless charge.. didn't work.however the sound quality on the speakers was -fantastic- like as a bluetooth stereo system its great!and I got my refund! which was nice.. still ultimately lost a bit of money in postage. Its a shame because I -really- liked the idea of this product.

iLuv and Alexa a perfect combination
Delighted to find this sitting in my porch 3 days earlier than expected and with my 3rd Echo Dot in matching black. Rapidly had both set up. Tried Bluetooth connecting to iPhone 7+ 1st. Worked fine. Remote control was disappointing and would not work at all but did get it sorted later. Answering my own question, Echo Dot does work perfectly through the aux in port and the sound quality is fantastic (better than the Bluetooth) plus v loud. Note there is no cable provided to aux in So need to buy matching black one later.Will be inviting friends round to try out their Samsung’s as the charging dock does not work with iPhoneA brilliantly designed speaker, perfect for my Man Shed. Alexa loves it too

Absolutely brilliant
Was sceptical at first because of the price (low) but when I took it out of the box I knew it would be decent because of the weight of the speaker... set it up...and wow... for the price.... am blown away at the quality.... an absolute gem of a find
