These hair growth supplements contain very healthy ingredients. It contains biotin, vitamins B1, B2, and E, saw palmetto, and nacinamide. I have heard of each of these beneficial ingredients so I knew right away these were going to be good supplements. I have taken these for 2 weeks now and already noticed my facial hair is growing at a faster rate. Hopefully, this trend continues and it starts to regrow some of the hair on my head! According to the product information, you must take these for 3 months to see a noticeable difference. The bottle contains only 60 pills and you must take 2 pills twice a day, so this bottle is not going to last very long! Decent enough product so far!

No difference yet. The listing does say to use for at least three months so I’m guessing there wouldn’t be any improvement in the time I have been taking it. I do think the dose is on the low side especially the biotin. The bottle says contains 60 servings, serving size 2 capsules, so it’s actually 30 servings or enough for one month. That, together with the misspelling of one of the ingredients makes me a little skeptical. I will probably finish the bottle hoping for an improvement in my nails due to the biotin but not expecting much for my hair.

The capsules are easy to swallow.I have been taking these capsules for a few weeks and I do believe they have made my hair thicker. Good nutritional supplement for overall health not just for hair health with the vitamin b and e and herbal saw pamento. The size of the capsules are large but easy to swallow being capsules. They do work to swallow better with food like yogurt if you're like me. They don't have a bad smell or taste and i didn't notice any bad aftereffects. Vitamin B is good for energy i think i did have more energy afterwards. Not sure yet if it helps my hair but seems beneficial overall. Stay healthy and God bless you!

I haven’t really noticed a difference in my thinning hair spots. However, these do have a great combination of supplements that I was previously taking all separately. That alone makes them worth it.
