I have trouble with pain in my ears when flying so I need something to help and I only find using ear plug is the way to go. I find one is enough for both ears as they are silicone type material, they can be torn apart. They are easy to use and really help with the pain. They are good at keeping our noise I could hardly hear when using them so would be great for sleeping too. They are comfortable, you can adjust the size and shape easily.There was also a smaller carry case for 2 which is ideal instead of needing to take the larger box. Will certainly buy again!

These ear plugs are easy to insert and are comfortable to wear. Good for noise reduction. Just the job .

I have to use these as I am a very light sleeper. These block out all the noise perfectly. They fit really comfortably in the ear and do not cause that aching or abrasion that some ear plugs do. I’d highly recommend these

I wore these for a few nights then woke up one morning and couldn't hear anything... wondered what was happening so I contacted a doctor and they said I had an ear infection because there was no air getting into my ears from wearing these, he mentioned that the moisture in my ears started to build up and form bacteria, then my ears swell up inside, causing obstruction to my hearing. So I stopped using them. Sad thing is that they worked well at blocking noise

These are the only earplugs I use now. I find them easy to mould to your ears and I rarely hear a thing. I have guests in my house and always leave a pair for them as well, as I know they will have a good sleep if the house is busy

They are comfy but a bit small for my ear...i had other brand and they were perfect this ones ones you squish them a bit they goninside to you ear.

Best nights sleep ever with these , blocks out all sounds . I have very sensitive hearing and the slightest sounds can wake me up however with these I hear nothing .
