Informative, well-written and researched, this book greatly adds to the historical accuracy of the life and work of Charles and Ray Eames. For scholars, designers, architects and culture addicts, this book is immensely satisfying. Highly recommended.

I love reading about the Eames...what an amazing couple and a huge part of our past and present. Their foresight to design is something that will be with us for many many more years....This book says it all.

Just enough to keep most interested who do not wish to dig too deep. It is a broad brush over what R & C did over their work span, no in depth. Some good pictures included.

Great book for the price. The large images make this book a great find for an art class or even as a coffee table topper.

Gorgeous presentation and cover. Well layed out. I was a bit disapointed because it has a lot of pictures but only one page on the Eames Lounge chair (amd a fan and proud owner). Definitely worth a buy and read, great coffee table book. Unseen pictures of Eames's prototypes are great too.
