Great foot does a perfect ruffle

Works fine, but oddly not quite as well as the antique version which I use on my old Singer treadle from 1911 - which also fits on my modern Janome. Lesson learned there, but it's still a good buy. Takes a bit of experimenting with the different settings to get the ruffles or pleats you are after and certainly less tedious that endlessly pulling up loose bobbin threads or whatever.

I purchased this foot for my Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 sewing machine. The foot was easy to install, but I did have some difficulty getting it to work (to catch the fabric to make the pleat). I took a break from it and watched a video on YouTube on how to use and I quickly got it to work. The trick that got it working was to move all the moving parts a bit to get them to flex and move easily. Really good quality.

Works great! I looked up on YouTube singer machine "how to" which was very helpful, but if you don't have access to this YouTube you will have a problem figuring it out. No paper instructions with the part, this could be a problem in future use as I will have to go back to YouTube.

Schneller geliefert als in Amazon angegeben. Anbringen und arbeiten mit dem Füßchen war dank YouTube Video einfacher als gedacht. Leider klappt das raffen mit dünnen Stoffen nicht so gut. Auch ist nur ein kurzer Saumrand auf der rechten Seite möglich.

This was easy to install. The only problem is, it does not fit singer sewing machine model 44S.Wish the description would state which model this ruffler attachment fits.
