The media could not be loaded. Here is my review of the red light therapy belt. This unit is very interesting as it not only has red light and near infrared settings, but also has heat settings and muscle stimulation settings. All can be used at the same time if you choose. I gave it 5-stars for pain relief as it does do a very good job of helping ease the pain of my back and hip.I gave it 4-stars for ease of use, only because the instruction sheet was hard to read and took some time to understnd all the settings using the controller. However, when I did use it a few times I made my own instruction sheet that was easy to read and when I let others try it, they quickly got the settings they wanted after reading my instructions. The controller makes it easy to select the LED, heat and EMS functions that you prefer. The EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) mode has 6 settings and at each setting you can select the intensity that you are compfotable with, there are intensity settings from 1 -14, using the plus + and minus - buttons. There is no indication on the controller of the intensity, but you will feel it as you incraese or decrease the intensity. Also, when you use the EMS function, there is a water spray bottle included with the unit to just spray a little water on the belt prior to putting it on to increase the connection to your body and provide increased conductivity. The unit needs to be directly on your skin.Using the water spray I would consider an option, as it still does a good job of EMS even without the sprayI gave it 5-stars for light weight, as it is light weight, easy to use, and you can connect it to a battery pac and make it portable. That feature I like alot so I can move around the house while getting the benefits.So- with all that said and my video review, you can see I am enjoying this product and do reccommend it.

I received my Red Light Therapy belt as expected, and the packaging was in perfect condition.I have had several lower back surgeries, and my rehab instructions often suggested heat and massage therapies. I purchased the Red Light Therapy Belt to adhere to my Rehab instructions and relieve lower back pain and soreness.I connected this new device to a standard household 110-volt outlet, and the ability to have a wide range of heat temperatures and six massaging modes while using it was fantastic. The Red Light, Therapy Light technology, was the bonus for deep penetration into your sore muscles. Using a portable battery to power this belt without being tied to a household circuit allowed me to move around freely. The size of the belt is wide enough to cover your lower back or any other body location with soreness. I recommend this to anyone that experiences lower back pain and soreness.

I really wanted this to work but apparently it’s defective. The EMS portion only works on one side and there’s supposed to be various modes of pulse and it’s either on or off. There’s no variation. Wouldn't buy this brand again

The media could not be loaded. As stated in the video, this heating pad is quite versatile. Can be used plugged into the wall outlet or using a portable battery pack. By being able to wear this and move about, it is very handy.It heats up quickly. Has a self timer, so switches itself off after 30 minutes (not adjustable). It does not time-out, so if you want, you can turn it back on.The "massage" functions are more of a prickly sensation, pulsed and in different wave-like patterns. It does not vibrate, but provides more of an acupuncture type sensation that is not painful, but rather helpful in relieving pain. The prickly sensations are altered in intensity a lot by adjusting the +/- buttons on the control.Overall this is a nice portable heating pad w red light therapy and adds other modalities for pain relief and relaxation.Recommended.

I am a big fan of this beltIt is comfortable to wear and versatileIt has improved my knees, back and handsIf you have carpal tunnel or joint pain just rest your hands on your lap and lay the belt over them, I guarantee they will feel betterBonus, was I think they even lightened age spots on handsI have turned the belt on probably hundreds of times and it is still going strongnever one issueI would recommend it

The media could not be loaded. My dog and I love this therapy belt. It heats up fast and you can feel the heat penetrate deeply. It's very relaxing to the lower back muscles. My dog is older and has some aches as can be noticed when he gets up on the couch, it takes some effort for him. He has always been attracted to my heat pads. Whenever I set a heat pad down to go do something he is quick to lie on it! Usually you have to drag him off. His first time with this heat belt he slept over an hour. Of course he got up when I wasn't there so the power cord just unplugged from the belt, good feature. Arrived packaged very nicely and could easily be used for a gift! This is my favorite new product. Tip, it should be placed directly on the skin to receive the most benefit.

I like the light red and ingredients light, the pain goes away a lot longer than a pill and safer.
