Love this polish
Love this polish. Glitter can be a pain and messy to add to gel for extensions. This gel polish took three layers. Yes if you brush like normal you will brush it off at the same time. Common sense would suggest you go light with the brush and dab in the sparser places. You still don't want to do it too think or it won't cure properly and will crinkle. So layers is better as with all gel polish. Clients love this as much as I do.

Beautiful, long lasting, vibrant, well worth the money!
Beautiful colour. I have worn it everyday since I bought it. Lasts a long time (3 weeks). It does need 2/3 coats to get lots of vibrant colour and glitter. Hardly chips either and the colour mates the bottle perfectly. As the product gets old it get thicker in the bottle but it is still perfectly usable. On removing it does take a while as is always the case with glitter polish and also the multiple layers that I use. Overall beautiful product, easy to use, lasts a long time!!! BUY IT!

Brilliant - dab on to get best results in one coat
Love this polish - a note on usage for those who don't think it's glittery enough - you need to use a different method to apply - don't apply in strokes like abnormal nail polish, dab on and use the polish element of the product to stick the glitter into. Takes a while to work it out but as long as you dab it gently and clean up edges with a brush dipped in either polish remover or prep solution it works great. Top coat to seal and hi can't even gel any bumps. Photo added shows one coat dabbed on how I describe.

Lovely deep turquoise gel polish.
True to the Amazon photo, it’s a deep turquoise. Lasted two weeks without chipping or peeling.A good quality gel polish. Was REALLY stubborn to remove though. More so than any of the lighter colours. I’ve shown it with a matte and gloss top coat.

Lovely but watch how you use it!
I have a few of these glitter Bluesky shellacs and have seen mixed reviews on here so thought it worth commenting. These colours have a lot of glitter in them and are really gloopy, so you need to apply them very carefully in thin layers, curing with UV inbetween each one. The colour and depth of glitter builds up really nicely and 3 thin coats looks fab.I was concerned about how it may come off, but after 2 weeks wear it soaked off just as well if not better than the more expensive brand - the key is keeping the acetone in contact with the nail with a little pressure - pieces of cotton wool pad held in place with foil works well for me. You absolutely must use a base coat though - I had to use a standard basecoat (not a shellac one) the first time I used one as I had ran out but that worked just as well in protecting the nail but you will get better results with a shellac/gel basecoat.Put it on too thick or without a base coat will result in a mess otherwise these super-glittery colours are brilliant :-)

Lovely colour. Not as light a pink as I’d like but, workable with a lighter colour beneath it.
Colour: Diamond Girl/BLZ44Not quite baby pink but, with a white layer or very light pink underneath, it would look like baby pink the way it does in other people’s photos.A lovely colour, either way and applies pretty evenly in terms of glitter compared to other Bluesky glitter colours I have (nail tech tip: don’t brush down towards the free edge, build it up towards the cuticle then complete the nail area with a gentle dotting action working your way back towards the free edge. It keeps the glitter extra even).I think Bluesky should charge £1 less because other companies are now competing to produce better priced products and are improving their products all the time.

Use three coats, not two
I love bluesky polishes and have quite a few colours. This red seems to be a different formula and thinner consistency to the other colours I have. The first time I applied the colour, I used two coats as this is now I normally do it. The polish felt very thin and peeled off within a couple of days (I have a terrible picking habit so use gel polishes to avoid hurting my poor fingers lol). The colour also looked a bit cheap if ya know what I mean.Second time I applied three coats and the colour was much deeper, less translucent and has stayed on much better. I’m currently on day 4 I think, and only one of my nails has a tiny chip.

So shiny!
Love this! Perfect to get my festive sparkle on. Whilst applying I thought it was more silver than mint, but afterwards I could see the subtle mint shade.I did have to apply three coats to get the level of saturation I wanted. However if I’d had a better technique, two coats might have done the job. It took me a little while to master more of a dabbing technique than a painting one to get the best ratio of glitter to each nail.It applied easily and smoothly. Like all glitter gels I’ve tried it is a bit harder to remove than standard gel polish but that is the norm I’ve found for all glitter gels.
