I bought this watch in 2022. From then till now there is no problematic issues.Very Strong, Great Display, Much Brightness, Good Battery, Good Connectivity, Customised Watch faces and many more.Mainly I loved it's Smooth & Bright Display. I am using it's loud speaker to hear songs while I am walking & doing works.I loved it 😍😍😍

I recently purchased the CrossBeats Spectra Max and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, the product has been plagued with issues, rendering it completely non-functional.Upon facing these problems, I visited the service center in Malad (Mumbai), which turned out to be a third-party service center. They kept my product for an excruciatingly long month, only to inform me that they couldn't provide an exact replacement. Instead, they instructed me to contact the official CrossBeats service center.After a month of back-and-forth with the CrossBeats service center, they finally managed to arrange a pickup of the faulty product. The product was sent to them, and I patiently waited for it to be repaired. To my dismay, the "repaired" product was delivered to me today, and it seems to be in the same lifeless state as before.I am utterly frustrated with the abysmal service and the defective product from CrossBeats. The entire process has taken an unacceptable amount of time, and I am left with a product that does not work despite their so-called "repair."I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of CrossBeats Spectra Max and reconsider their choice of a reliable and customer-oriented brand. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with CrossBeats.

Superb Smart Watch. Very happy to have this watch.Thank you team "CrossBeats"- Cristal clear AMOLET Display - WOW - (This is why i spend more money with respect to other available option)- Body and strap having very good quality- Touch screen and other sensors working efficiently and very smooth & sensitively- Battery consumption is 1.5 Days, if you keep always ON Display option + Bluetooth connected with your phone to receive calls etc.- Receiving call over the Watch is very exciting and smooth experience. the loud speaker in smart watch working nice, The voice is too clear and loud while talking over watch.- Watch faces are nice, Downloadable & Customizable.Overall......Highly Recommended to buy.
