Works perfectly and stays cold for very long time. First use I only used 3 small ice pack which didn’t stay cool for an ideal time since then I have used 2 large ice packs and it stays perfectly cold each time. Easy to clean and perfect size for my 12 hour shift.

I love this bag. If you’re going out on a day trip, it’s really good for packing a nice lunch. It will keep ice packs cold for the day. When I last stayed out over night, I asked the B&B to put the packs in the freezer overnight. The bag is very well made!

I don't have anything to compare this product to but this is what I have found after using one every day for the past three weeks. Good size. Good Quality. Just enough space for my lunch contained in two 800ml square lidded glass food containers with slim line cool packs, and I can also squeeze a 750ml drink in too without thinking I am going to bust the seams. Decent front compartment for a few sweet treats, napkins and cutlery. Side pocket also decent for small packs of hand wipes and some other small items. It fits inside my larger work bag, which is a bonus for me

This is a great lunch box, the best I’ve had yet.
