Good replacement
Does everything it should. Controls all aspects of the TV and what it should do. Little sensitive at times. Randomly changes channels if lightly touched but not really an issue except when the football is on.....lol

Almost like an original manufacturer product.
It looks identical to the Sony one but the round direction keypad is made of a harder plastic material. This might not seem much of a difference but my nails dig into the one on the original. This simply means that it doesn't mark while the original has marked badly. Otherwise function seems to be identical and all the buttons work the same way. Price is about a third of the original so worth it. Additional: bought on 24 May 2023, it still works and no problem with the voice button. Apps never worked but not a problem as I never used it on the original. Just go home and access the apps screen from there.

Average
Very average. It does work but if someways in front of the the TV pauses. It will not update and we keep getting warnings. Got what we paid for but going to get a better one as find it frustrating.

Does what it needs to do
Really pleased with this remote control. Press the on button and the setup is done. The apps button doesn't work but the home button does the same job and the microphone button doesn't work, also not an issue. Sometimes you have to press the buttons more than once/a bit firmly to activate which was an issue with my old remote so again, not an issue. None of the issues are enough for me not to recommend this item. Value for money and it's the genuine product.

Microphone dont work
Worked and sync fine but microphone buttons dont work at all. I paid over double the amount for classic remote but I wanted the microphone. Unfortunately it dont work and I wasted my money. Also click is syncing but no change in tv
