Good protector
I have an elderly dog, and use these to go over the mattresses for dog beds, and tuck the excess underneath and then put the regular cover or blanket on the top. It has saved the beds on many occasions now and is fully waterproof, but without being horrible and crunchy like the old style ones.

NOT washable, don’t buy these.
Initially quite happy with these as a purchase and, as with anything I buy for the baby, they went straight into the washing machine on arrival. Assumed there wouldn’t be an issue with this as I had specifically noted that the listing said they were washable.Pulled them out of the machine and they are absolutely wrecked. They have not survived a 40 degree quick wash. The plastic lining has shrivelled and melted, coming away completely from the rest of the mattress protector. Upon checking the label inside the mattress protector, it says sponge clean only, which is completely pointless for an infant.Waste of money.
