Casio Edifice Men's Watch EFB-550D

I first saw this watch on Watch shop for about £400, I nearly bought it due to the reviews and the fact it looked just like what I wanted.After doing an online search I found it considerably cheaper on Amazon, watch shop did offer to price match which reassured me they were making too much money but also the Amazon item must be genuine if the price could be matched. I'd already bought from Amazon by the time I got the price match response, the watch then turned up the next day.I got this for a 40th gift for my brother, I did get it engraved but the only free space to do so was on the clasp. The watch is weighty which is reassuring and the styling is just what I would wear. it made a perfect gift and I’m sure it will last really well.I'm disappointed the price has gone down further and the fact it is so cheap may lead you to think it’s not that good, but I could happily say that if I had of paid £400 I would have felt it was worth the money.

The watch is gorgeous "in the flesh" and a little bigger than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The band is slightly longer than I was expecting which was exactly what I was hoping for as I have larger wrists than the average man. If your wrist is around average size, you may need to remove a link or two but the clasp and securing mechanism are very secure and seem like they'd take quite a bit of fiddling around to come loose without your knowledge. Although, it's very easy to take off and put on when required.Beautiful item. I am very pleased with it.

Absolutely dreadful service from Casio. Watch stopped 10 months after purchase so is sent back. Apparently a new battery is required already and isn’t under warranty as is 'consumable' - as if I ran the battery down sooner somehow?! £26 charge. Avoid.

Just received mine. It looks amazing. A bit loose, but it's OK.
