Can I put the hard drive from my old broken PCS3 into this model?

Hi George i cant see why not i give you a situation of mine that happened years back i wanted to upgrade my ps3 hard drive so i baught a 500 gig hard drive and installed it to ps3 spec (i had to make sure the hard drive was in ps3 format) and it all works so yeah it should work all you have to do is take the cover off then unscrew then take the old hard drive out and replace your hard drive in (the one you want installed) put it all back together and your gaming again. If your unsure on how to do that either get someone that knows how to do that or youtube it if unsure but it will work.
