Where is the glass from

Hello, The glass used in the Vortex Optics Viper PST Gen II 1-6x24 SFP Riflescope VMR-2 MOA is made in Japan.

I'm planning on installing a vortex ebr-4 on my tikka t3x... what is the correct scope mount height for this combination ??

I have this exact combo in 6.5 Creedmoor. Looking at my old order, I bought "Vortex Optics Precision Matched Rings 30mm - Height 1.26 inches - Picatinny Mount " from Amazon and they work great for me. They're not cheap though, but neither was the scope.

Does the pst1607 1-6x25 come with a screw in theow lever?

No. The focus throw lever is a separate purchase under "Vortex Optics Riflescope Switchview Throw Levers." The correct lever can be selected by Vortex scope type. It is not a screw in type, but tightens around the barrel of the rotating focus dial.
