DSTE 100D Battery Grip for Canon EOS 100D Digital SLR Camera + Remote + 2pcs LP-E12 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery

After looking around for a nonexistent Canon battery grip I decided on this one, after a lot of research this grip is marginally better than others on sale, looks a little plasticy but you don't really notice once on camera, fits perfectly with no obvious smack in the face seam lines, original camera battery door fits nicely in the grip holder, the camera door does pull off quite easily, the grip adds some extra weight to a very light camera and adds some stability too, bonus, also affords extra grip for my large hands, more bonus, extra batteries are working as new 7 months on and I R remote, though a bit naff looking, is working well too, only down side is the vertical shutter release button power cable is external but due to camera design that's unavoidable. since purchase the grip has never been off camera other than to change SD card,

Work very well, the secondary button is at the right place, comfortable position of shot. only one minor point, the quality of plastic but for that price is very good and is not that bad and it is resistant.Thanks

Two words: GET IT !Absolutly love this grib, fits perfectly on my Canon EOS 100D, looks great, quality is not premium but its still very nice plastic with rubber grib and does what its supposed to do. Batteries are decent, could be better but nevertheless great product.

Works well with camera but not sure about the remote control function as it is not reliable.

I fully agree with the other reviewers as regard overall quality. The only constructive criticism I could make is around the granularity of the instructions which could have been more instructive, particularly for the novice. For example no guidance on how to get the cover for the battery compartment off from the main body. Further I have yet to get the vertical shutter button to work. is this because I need to connect the battery unit with the main body using the cable supplied, and if so, which input (in the camera body) do I use? Secondly, will original Canon batteries work with this battery unit? If anyone can answer these two questions I'd be very grateful, otherwise I guess I will need to contact the manufacturer. Other than this, great first impression.

Brilliant, wont use my camera without it now. Only drawback is that to make the shutter work, you have to always have the lead plugged between the camera and grip. Great purchase though, and worth more than the price

Works like a dream for me and the batteries are pretty decent as well. The remote control is not that grate but, i don't use it anyway . I have bought the battery grip (the remote just happened to be included) and i am very happy with it.

The first bit of extra kit I have bought for my canon 100d , as the body of the camera is a little small for my big hands this makes it much easier to grip and get a good steady shot , the extra batteries just slip in the bottom and add a bit more stability to the grip , very pleased with this .

Plus que ravi excellent rapport qualité-prix, pour la télécomande faut vraiment être en face.

arrivato in 24 ore, secondo me e' il miglior battery grip per canon 100d .e' uno degli unici ad avere l impugnatura gommata come quelli di fascia piu' alta, quindi non tutto di plastica liscia come la maggior parte..le due batterie si comportano abbastanza bene, forse durano un po' meno delle originali e ho constatato che durano anche molto meno rispetto ad altre marche di batterie compatibili.ottimo il telecomando che funziona benissimo nell arco di circa 8 metri , forse addirittura meglio dell originale.il battery grip funziona anche con una solo batteria inserita.ottimo prodotto insomma.

Para su precio, cumple su función. Si que es cierto que es algo rudimentario, el botón para enfocar y hacer la foto no funciona si no tiene puesto el clable, pero por este precio la empuñadura, dos baterías y el mando a distancia está bien

Stavo cercando un Battery Grip poichè utilizzo la mia Canon 100D per creare video, e quindi le batterie si esauriscono a velocità sostenuta.Questo articolo (DSTE 100D) è risultato davvero ottimo. Speravo soprattutto che il BG fosse compatto e resistente e così è stato. Nella confezione si trovano inoltre il telecomando per lo scatto remoto, uno strumento che in realtà non stavo cercando che tuttavia si è dimostrato molto comodo e due batterie che nonostante non siano a livello di quelle 'ufficiali' fanno il loro dovere. Il prezzo è ottimo in rapporto alla qualità. Consigliatissimo!
