At age 64 (male) I started using this product in October 2023. Two reasons for using this are to prevent cognitive problems and improve hair thinning and loss. As for cognitive it has helped with memory and problem solving.For hair it really helped beyond my expectations. I never had a problem being bald and neither of my parents. People said I have thick healthy looking hair since I was a teenager.In 2014 I noticed hair on the shower floor and slowly increasing. I noticed more lost hair on combs and hair brushes. I started using different brands of collagen (pills and powder) in 2015 for hair. To me they didn't help. I found two collagen powders (1. Types I & III, 2. Types I,II,III,V,X) that seemed to work really well with Prime Powders Spermidine. Taking 2 Brands of collagen was my own experiment.No more hair on the shower or brush. Now I have long hair to my shoulders. A lot of comments have been said by women and men the past year over the thickness over hair. I went to a hair stylist to even the length of my long hair. She said you really have THICK - FAT hair!As for any supplements I've always said everyone is different and what works for you may not work the same for someone else. I would show people the new short hair that would stand out like I have static electricity. That was proof for me that Prime Powders Spermidine is a great product to consider. I take Prime Powders Spermidine every day. I'm trying to find a photo of the short static new hair. If not found I will take another one. I have long had wrinkles on my arms and legs that are indicative of the presence of senescent cells. I have added Quercetin and Fisetin to the supplements I take with only minor benefit. I had seen research suggesting Spermidine is also effective in reducing scenecent cells.I added Spermidine to my daily supplements about 2 weeks ago. I have noticed a significant reduction in the wrinkles on my arms. Sometimes they are almost all gone. When I swim for over an hour they will still appear, but they did that when I was a kid, not an 84 year old man. I don’t know if Spermidine alone would be effective without the other two supplements, nor do I care, because the other supplements are needed for other anti-aging issues in addition to getting rid of scenecent cells.I rated this a 4 instead of a 5 because I’ve only been using it a short time. If my skin continues to clear of wrinkles I will rate it a 5, because scenecent cells release toxic materials that affect healthy cells. My goal is to clear as many of them out of my body as I can to protect my healthy cells.

Product Feedback-I bought for my husband. He was experiencing low energy, and problems concentrating. In researching, it states that Spermidine supplementation has been shown to help maintain a healthy hormone balance and reduce oxidative stress. It will also bolster healthy cell regeneration, promoting healthy liver function, and enhancing memory and cognitive function. He has just finished his first bottle. From start to now, he definitely feels a difference in his energy level, and he can concentrate easier. Still has a long way to go, but definitely is feeling positive effects. He said no odor or taste. I should also note, HE IS NOT A PILL PERSON, so for him to continue using this, it is because it is doing something.

I tried this stuff on a random guess after some light research and gave it a shot. I work a pretty demanding job, physically and mentally, and I’m always on the look out for an “edge”. Caffeine is ok, but I can’t do much or I get jittery and anxious. Adderall didn’t work because, well, I need to eat.I was also on a health kick and not drinking when I first tried it. One pill in the morning, 8oz water as recommended. Ate about 30 min later…and my goodness, I was feeling amazing. Firing on all cylinders, laughing, joking around, but getting it done. I was, amazed at my mood improvement and that it lasted all day. I’ve done my fair share of “research” on ingesting new things. I was expecting a crash, there wasn’t one.All of that being said, I’m only a freshly minted 36 y/o male. I will say, that what all the older folks say about the skin and hair…noticed it right away, within the second week. I will also say, I started drinking again, and, it could 100% be just me. But be mindful that if it’s giving you an energy boost while sober, it seems to do the same thing after drinking alcohol.I took one pill a day for the first 3 weeks or so…I couldn’t imagine taking 4 pills a day as the bottle said not to exceed. So I tried 2 a day. Too much for me. I cut back after day 5. Everything was fine physically, but I found myself becoming short with others (at work); easily irritated. It didn’t make me act out or anything, but I noticed it in myself. Cut it back to one a day and was fine.I stopped drinking again and started jogging…I started jogging. I haven’t ran since I was 22. And it felt great.I was wondering why this stuff worked so quickly with me, but now I’m realizing no one had shared their age when I first read the reviews 2+ months ago. Now I’m seeing a couple of 60+ sharing feedback. Makes sense. Maybe it hits different at half the age.TL/DR- helps with hair and skin-helps with energy levels (all day, no crash)-helps with focus/recall-helped my mood-be mindful of tying one on (boozin) while taking daily (as with all things)

I've been using this for over 3 months consistently. The biggest impact for me is that it seems to have reduced the impact of stress on me.

I have found that this product is a pearl of youth-fullness. But unfortunately, although they say to take 2 tablets at 10 mg, I now now that I would need between 6-8 capsules and the next time I will definitely order a larger dose age.
