Bad
Do not purchase these. PCL molded cog did not hold just pulled out. PDO fell apart.

Would not order
I’m writing this in hopes to help someone else who is considering purchasing this. I’ve ordered a few face threads from Amazon, and have been impressed on what they can do for your face. These particular threads are very long and are applied by the temporal area and reach the jawline. I administered two on each side of my face. Initially, it did what it was supposed to. Immediately my face looked lifted and plumper. But the pain of cogs felt like needles stinging in my face. Especially if you make a facial expression- you can really feel the pull. The instructions do say to relax on making expressions so I tried very hard not to make any. However, the following day, I had to eat, and while I was eating lunch at work, I felt a pop. One of the threads broke and was migrating to my chin. And it was obvious! You could see it like a scar on my face and the end was poking my skin like it was trying to escape. So it looked very awkward. And it hurt so bad, as it was hooking on to tissue as it was migrating. When I made it home after my shift, I spent an hour slicing an incision in my chin to where I could finally push it out of my face. I read up on this and found out that threads rarely break unless they are stored in moist areas or improperly. These threads are to risky and fragile for me to put anymore in my skin- so it was a waste of money. I have 18 more left that need to be tossed, and +$70 down the drain. I would not recommend using this product, or this brand at all.***update, several more threads have shifted in my face. As you can see by the first pic, the entry point of the location of the thread, and where it was supposed to lay in my face. It did for about a week, and now I have a noticeable chunk underneath my chin where it’s slid down under my jawline

Trash: edit. I found the needle 🫠
Edit: I found the needle. I'm trying it again. Will update review later...Before:Look how blunt the tip is. There is no way that this was meant to break the skin. Don't waste your time or money. I'm so pissed!

Horrible!
You need a needle to make a hole and then insert the threat the problem is that when you pull the threat it comes all out no barbs or anything to hole the threat inside . Waist of money and effort to put the threat inside just to pull it all out again.
