I am recommending this to absolutely everyone in the world!!!!!! My daughter is 5 years old and has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorder. She has had over 12 months of speech therapy, has seen child psychologists and all the usual crap, but nothing seemed to work.I then began researching diet, and found that a wheat free, caesin free diet worked, and after speaking to a herbalist who recommended probiotics, having tried several different probiotics we tried the Plantarum. After 2 months, she was talking non stop, the tantrums had stopped, she had a much better attention span. I now sneak 2 of these a day into a vegan milkshake (all organic as limiting as many additives as poss also helps). It has repaired her leaky gut which contributes to the Autism symptoms. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the L Plantarum is. Try it! This little bottle of pills has saved my life and given me back my little girl.

Good product I have been buying for a couple of years. Just went to purchase again and not only has the price increased you can no longer purchase with Amazon prime and the cost for 4 day expected delivery is £6.

Really decent supplement that has helped keep bloating to a minimum and everything running smoothly! They are less powerful than others on the market in terms of the amount colony firming bacteria present. Though I find this to be a good thing as I can feel they are working but that they do not upset my stomach or cause discomfort in the way that certain others I have tried did.

The good:- it improved very quickly my symptoms (IBS pain, bloating)-needs to be taken regularly(this was my experience, Seek medical advice before considering any supplements)

Service and delivery were prompt.For me,the probiotic causes a great deal of excess wind,precisely what I ordered it to counteract.I'm sure the probiotic is in its self fine but these things do react differently in different people.I now only take occassionally so its goos this has a long shelf life.
