I bought these to use as practice shoes for ballroom (and sometimes latin) dance and for social dancing. Overall, they are nice quality and a good deal. I am pretty rough on my shoes and there are no signs yet of wear after a few weeks. The forefoot is very flexible, which makes these a dream to dance latin in. On the other hand, I don't like the complete lack of a shank and arch support, which makes ballroom dancing in these shoes more difficult unless the shoes are laced very snugly.The sizing seems a little strange. I normally wear a European size 37 (which is anecdotally more consistent than US sizing) for both ballroom and street shoes, and went with the 7/38 option because I (like many people) normally go up a size for practice shoes because of socks. Width- and length-wise this choice seems to be good; however, the shoe is extermely roomy in the middle and lacing the shoes as tightly as they will go still is not enough for a snug fit. This was very strange to me because I have high arches and normally struggle to find shoes that have enough room in this area. So, it's hard to recommend whether or not to stay with typical shoe size.

They were perfect . . . except the size chart said I would have about an inch of room at the toes, and they were too tight. Returning for a larger size. Otherwise, they are perfect for my stupid feet with bunions AND plantar fascitis. I'll put an insert in for my PF and the soft flexible upper will mold around the bunions. I'll be using them for a production of Nunsense - old fashioned "nun shoes" are harder to find than you might think!

These feel so amazing. I'm a beginner at Arthur Murray & my dance instructor was so impress with these & could not believe the price. I'm so glad I found them. They have really made it easier to dance.

Love Love Love these practice shoes. I receive tons of compliments and everyone asks where I get them. They look just as good as the instructor's for a fraction of the cost. I followed the advice here on the sizing and they sent a different size that was a half size bigger. So do be mindful of the sizing issues.

Bought these for Polka, waltz, and two-step. They are working great. They felt stable and I was able to dance the whole 6 hours with no issues. Never caught during a twirl or anything. Great dance shoe.

They arrived on time but was squeezed into a bag so one of the shoes was crimped and took a while for it to fully relax. The insoles are super thin so I’d recommend buying some inserts to make them more comfortable. Overall not bad for what you pay for. I’m a dance instructor and these are a life saver for those long days. I didn’t have to break them in. I just put them on and went. I would also recommend replacing the laces. I e only had mine for a couple of weeks now and I’ve noticed some fraying.

Wonderfully comfortable dancing shoes. They run a bit small. I wear a 5.5 usually but the 6.5 BeiBest were the best fit.

I have a bad back. I needed character shoes that didn’t have too high a heel and seemed sturdy enough to carry me. These worked awesomely!! I was in a 4 week run of “Young Frankenstein” the musical as Frau Blucher. Including dress rehearsals, these shoes held up very well for 6 weeks and are still in great shape!!! I loved the breathing holes that prevented my feet from sweating. Thank you!!!
