WS-2902 WiFi Smart Weather Station

Great bit of kit. Easy to setup and just ticks away. Gives all the data I want. Connects only on 2.4Ghz.

Very well packaged and relatively easy to set up, the app that you can use in conjunction with it is ideal, the device has a very good range as it is situated at the top of the farm well away from the house and works well. Would very much recommend

Decent enough weather station and comes with access to their weather web site which gives you a free web page to0 display your stations readings. However, because this is American made the default units are Imperial, whereas in the UK the Met Office uses standard metric units (other than knots for windspeed) and so do I so that it is easy to make comparisons and my data is the same as the Met Office standards. You can click on the page to change the temp settings to degrees C but nothing else. I sent an e-mail to the company to see if this is something that could be changed and they couldn't have cared less so a big fat zero for customer service. Why sell something in Europe when you can't be bothered to make a simple change to the coding to give you the choice of Metric/Imperial? Other than that the station itself was easy enough to set up and seems very accurate and sturdy. The Wi-Fi signal is excellent and connecting it to my router was no problem.

Great weather station, got it up and running in under two hours. Need to follow instructions for connect to internet carefully as order of connecting phone to display panel whilst connecting panel to internet not completely clear. Once set up can quickly check weather phone anytime and anywhere.

I've only had this for one day but my initial impressions are highly favourable. It was relatively easy to assemble and the necessary tools were provided. I set it up on a bike work stand in the garden and it has been producing all sorts of fascinating weather information, which is then displayed on a very nice internal colour display. Best of all all the data is sent to the Ambient weather site for recordal, thereby enabling you to look back at past records whenever needed. Why there is even an excellent Android app so you can access the data from anywhere via the Internet. The amount of information is really comprehensive and it knocks my previous more expensive Netatmo weather station into touch. For the price it is an absolute steal.

I am very pleased with my weather station. Easy to install and connect to the display. Also easy to connect to the internet. The AWN app is also good to have and very user friendly.

Good product and does exactly what I hoped for, however with the recent storm end march 2026 with winds over 40mph the wind cups have been blown off, if you could direct on how to buy a replacement?

what a nightmare ive had with this weather station, it took me 2 days to get it broadcasting then kept disconnecting, the console screen it comes with is terrible you can only view it in certain way/light, it connects to wifi easily that was the only positive thing i can really say. i would not recommend this weather station

Received this about a month ago and am happy with how accurate it is although I can't comment on the rain measurement as it hasn't rained since it has been installed. Assembly and installed was very easy. I mounted this on a 10' pole attached to a fence post and made sure everything was level. WIFI setup was easy and I was happy that I have a strong signal through my log house to the the unit outside 150' away. I was able to connect to the Ambient network as well as Wunderground in a few minutes. My neighbours are happy they can also check the local conditions online.

Working flawlessly now for several months.
