Setup was very easy. Mu daughter really likes all of the different shapes and keeps her entertained for hours. Comes with a lot of gel juice. The trays are a little flimsy, but still usable.Wish list:Would be nice if there was a better way to store the finished gels, if left out the gels shrink into tiny little bits. Maybe include some presentation containers for the "works of art" pieces.

All the molds shrink super small and if you mix colors they pretty much break apart where the colors meet! They never fully firm up no matter how long you leave in the solution. I bought these for my class. We filled our pompom jar for what they were working on and we were to do this tomorrow afternoon. I tried at home first, and it stinks! Now I don't know what to do instead!?

My 7 year old got this for Christmas and it’s hours of entertainment. Her older sibling joined in on the fun too. She still pulls it out to play with and for a 7 year old that’s telling that it’s a good toy!

Making them was fun. But they never hardened fully, lots of tears from the kids as they kept breaking and popping.

I’m not sure why another person gave a poor rating. If you follow the instructions and use the exact amount of water with a solution it will work. Just be aware that the squishes need to be kept in water after use. It took a bit of practice trying to get the gel in the molds just right. He may need to play around with how long to keep them in the solution. It kept my 7 yr old occupied for two hours!!
