JVL Static Duster with an Extendable Plastic Pole, Blue

Ideal for dusting in those difficult area.

Seems good value to me, though a little thinner than I had expected. It extends nicely and does the job. Thinking about it, I suppose if it were thicker it may not be so easy to get in narrow spaces, such as the side of a cupboard next to a wall. Anyway, it works well and, as I have not used it for any length of time yet, I cannot comment on the durability of the item. It is very handy for skirting boards and dusting over ceiling lampshades, and getting into any awkwardly narrow spaces, such as behind the bed.

Does the job in terms of reaching those high places and removing dust. However, bought this because it said static, so hoped it would attract the dust. It doesn't appear to, just moves it. Handle is also very flimsy. Not sure how long it will last.

I bought one of these in February this year and was very pleased with the item. Rub it with a polythene bag and the static charge was fantastic at "hoovering" up the dust. When I broke it (my fault) in June I ordered another one and I have to say it is useless. The have completely changed the feel of the blue part and it no longer get the static charge, in fact it simply moves the dust around and sends it into the air! Dreadful!

I really love this duster! It has a long extendable handle to I can reach up to all the cobwebs on the ceiling and in corners. I also use it to dust skirting boards and behind radiators as it can squeeze down behind the radiator itself. It's also good for curtain rails and can be made smaller for light dusting.It doesn't grt filthy dirty like some duster or create more dust. It seems to hold the dust without spreading it around so would be good for people with alergies!

So cheap for such good quality. Handles easily and get to all those difficult areas. Highly recommend. Delivery slow from Amazon which does not normally happen.

It says "High Quality" as a product title which is why I bought it. No it is not high quality!! Very basic quality. Had to bend the head back into shape because it doesn't come in its own box - it's loose-wrapped in a bag and is packaged by Amazon in a delivery box. Had to scrape clumps of glue off the connection between the pole and the head, and the top of the pole is not finished off at the point it protrudes through the head, which means if you scrape this accidently on the ceiling you are going to get marks. The plastic telescopic pole is about as flimsy as you could get without the plastic bending if were any thinner so you cant apply any pressure. Would not recommend nor buy this again. Probably better quality for price items available
