IronWolf, Pro 12TB, Enterprise Internal NAS HDD – CMR 3.5 Inch, SATA 6GB/s, 7,200 RPM, 256 MB Cache for RAID NAS - Frustration Free Packaging (ST12000NTZ01)

I am giving for stars mostly for the support I got from Amazon customer service regarding my order. I bought two 12TB drives on the 23rd nov during the sale period. I got them on the 15th Dec. I was traveling during that time, but when I got home, I installed them right away in my brand new NAS. Unfortunately only one worked without a problem. The other one was spinning but was not loading and reading nothing. I tried to put in intro a PC and also a 3.5 sata adapter and connected to a laptop. The same problem-it wasn't readable. Luckly amazon customer service undarstood the problem and gave me a refund. I bought a WD drives this time.

two our four HDDs that I received had controller-level failure. I inserted them in my brand-new QNAP and I received I/O error. tried many solutions but the error is there and I had to return the two of them. maybe the reason is that it was shipped from US to UAE using DHL post. but anyhow, I faced a 50% failure

Ürün beş ay sonra arıza yaptı, satıcı ile iletişime geçtim satıcı ürünü geri aldı 20 iş günü içerisinde yenisini gönderdi, güvenilir ve dürüst bir satıcı çok teşekkür ediyorum..

Excellent

This is the first NAS I’ve owned and I am quite impressed by it’s utility. It is like having your own little cloud server, always on duty. I maximized the amount of RAM, Its great for everyone, beginner to advanced, super sweet for those of us who like Linux and are handy with tools. The operating system and app store integration is tip-top. There is a lot here to love, it’s a great value for the money. I’ve started out with 6TB HDD plus plugged-in an external SSD for my Plex media library. I hope you enjoy this as much as I am.
